Once you register, you can go immediately online to study the course materials.  You can use any computer and take the final exam online. Study at your leisure, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Florida law requires that all first-time driver's license applicants complete an approved Traffic Law and Substance Abuse course. We make this as easy as clicking a mouse.
