1. Who is required to take this 4-hour drug and alcohol course?
The state of Florida requires all new drivers take a 4-hour drug and alcohol course. If you want your lerners permit license you must take this
course. You can sign up right now at our website. Our course is easy and fun!
2. Please explain how this Internet course works if I want to get my lerners permit license?
Our 4-hour drug and alcohol Internet course for first time drivers is taken from any computer and you can work at your own pace. You can register for
the course online or by calling our office. You will read 4 chapters and then take a final exam. When you complete the final exam, we will mail your
certificate to the address you provided us when you registered.
3. When and how will I receive my certificate?
We will mail out your certificate the same day you complete the course. Your certificate will be mailed to the address you provided us when you
registered. Below is an example of when you can expect to receive your certificate:

4. What is the price of your Internet course?
The price is $35 for the Internet course. We guarantee the lowest prices for our students. You can pay for the course with a credit card over the
Internet or you can mail us a check or money order.
5. Does it still take 4 hours if I take the course online?
Yes, the Internet course will take 4 hours. All first time driver courses online are required to be 4 hours. This requirement is regulated by the
Department of Highway Safety Motor Vehicles (DHSMV). Below is a chart explaining the minimum time requirements:

6. Do I have to take all 4 hours at one time or can I log on and off the program anytime?
You can enter the program as many times as you like. Our Internet program keeps track of your time and you will always start where you left off,
rounded to the nearest minute, when you last logged off our program.
7. I am taking your course and I have been disqualified from the program, what should I do?
You may have been disqualified for the following reasons:
- Dial up internet connections can be slow and it may have disconnected you
- You did not answer the security question in time
- You walked away from your computer for a few minutes
If you have been disqualified from the program, please call our office during business hours and one of our customer service
representatives will assist you

10. I am taking your course and the timer is not working correctly?
If you are taking our course and having problems with the timer at the top of the page, please call our office and we will have our technical staff
address the issue. We understand our customers are using different computer programs and software. Additionally, customers have different Internet
connections which may cause an occasional technical problem. Please be patient, our customer service representatives will help you with your technical
questions.
11. I am signed up for your course and I cannot log back into the program?
Go to the box at the right hand corner that says “Members enter here” and type in the last 4 digits of your social security number or the last 4
digits of your phone number. Then type in your password.
